I'm about to embark on a thrilling blackmail game, where the victim is genuinely terrified of exposure. There's a vital distinction to be made between blackmail and exposure games that some don't seem to understand.....and I intend to address that in an upcoming blog.....But for now....
With this victim I decided to try something new, and he embraced the idea whole heartedly. Before we start, I had him draw up his own blackmail agreement. I already had certain information to ensure he behaved, and also let him know I would have the right to edit or amend the agreement......But with few minor changes, and against a deadline, he got it completed. Since he would be aroused at the thought of his own game, I knew this would likely lead to lots of fantastic ideas laid out just how he fantasized.
So, for your enjoyment/amusement I'm presenting the agreement here (with certain information marked out). I think it's a great piece and that bm deserves applause for understanding and expressing his desires so completely and concisely. He accompanied this with a comprehensive list of his likes and dis-likes, and we are now set, ready to go.....
This is a consensual blackmail agreement between B****** M******** (bm) and Mistress Brianna (MB) that both parties have willingly entered into.
Length
The agreement will last at least 4 weeks beginning June 3rd, 2019. The agreement may be extended by MB, which will be covered in this agreement. Weekly fee bm agrees to make a weekly payment via Amazon to MB for the duration of the agreement. These payments are due every Monday, beginning June 3rd, 2019. The payment will be considered late if it is not paid by 10pm every Monday (MB's time). The first payment will be £**. MB has the option to increase the weekly payment up to £** every week the agreement lasts. She will inform bm before the payment is due as to whether she has increased the amount or not. Fees/penalties for late payments/tasks If bm fails to make his weekly payment on time or complete a task by the due date, the following will occur: 1 day late = a late fee equal to the weekly fee missed plus 1 week added to the agreement, and a warning from MB regarding what has happened. 2 days late = same consequence as 1 day late and MB now can start exposing bm as she sees fit, as well as charge fees for any removal of pix/info that she has shared online (to be determined by MB) 3 days or more late = continued exposure by MB and her having the option to continuously increase the amount it will cost bm to remove the pix/info she has shared. Tasks MB may assign various tasks to bm as she sees fit. bm must complete these tasks by the due date MB gives him. MB agrees to not intentionally give bm a task that would violate his limits or be something that is impossible for him to successfully do. That said, if bm is given a task that he feels would violate his hard limits or is something he feels he absolutely cannot do or cannot do by the due date, he must immediately inform MB and provide her with all relevant information as to why he feels there is an issue. MB may offer him an alternative task to do, a buyout from doing the task (price determined by her), or may offer some other sort of "deal" that bm may agree to in order to avoid that task. An example might be him agreeing to an additional week of the agreement, different terms, etc... Pix/info Any and all pictures and information and anything else MB acquires directly from bm or on her own before and during the agreement can be made public by MB should bm not live up to the agreement. bm understands that once this agreement has begun, the only way to make sure MB does not share any of his pix or info is to abide by the terms of the agreement until the agreement is over. Ending the agreement MB may end the agreement at any time for any reason. bm may petition MB for an early end to the agreement if he feels that is absolutely necessary. Should he feel that way, he will message MB and explain why he feels the agreement should end early. MB has various options as to what will happen next, depending on the situation and how warranted bm is in wanting to end the agreement early. Her options... - allow bm to end the agreement early without any additional payments or fees - offer bm a "buyout" to end the agreement early (the amount to be determined by MB). - offer bm a "break" from the agreement. If she feels that bm simply needs a break but should resume the agreement after the break is over, she can opt for this. MB would decide how long the "break" would be and how much the weekly service fee would be during the break (max amount to be no more than £**/week. During this break, bm would not be required to do any tasks or have regular contact with MB, but he would be required to make the weekly payment or face the same consequences of missing a regular weekly fee. This "break" would put the agreement on hold and as such, would not count against the overall length of the agreement. MB also has the option to proactively give bm a "break" from the agreement if she decides to do so. The same terms apply. - refuse bm's petition - refuse bm's petition and fine/punish him because she feels bm had a very poor reason for wanting to end the agreement early. As stated, the agreement is scheduled to last at least 4 weeks. Additional time can be added to the agreement in the ways already covered. If at least 2 weeks have been added during the agreement, then the agreement will end when all that time is up, unless bm and MB agree to extend the agreement.
If no additional time has been added to the agreement when the 4 weeks is almost up, MB has the option to extend the agreement if she feels that is what's best. She can extend the agreement up to 2 additional weeks. In all cases, the same terms apply during any additional time that has been added to the agreement. The entire agreement is subject to MB's interpretation at all times, and she may add to or edit the agreement as she sees fit. bm agrees to serve and obey her to the best of his ability and treat her with respect at all times. Failure to do so can result in MB punishing bm as she sees fit.
Isn't that great? A blackmail victim designing his own fate. Love it. And as I've enjoyed getting to know bm I am very much looking forward to this game, and excited about what will happen next.
