We've exchanged several emails now, and while our desires don't marry perfectly (he has no interest in cross-dressing, for example, although that may change. Lolol), I've found him very engaging and there is plenty of common ground for us to set a good foundation of servitude.
I also enjoyed that John followed through after begging for a severe agreement. This showed true dedication. My typical blackmail trial period of 12 weeks was extended to several months. Penalty interests were set at a high level if payments were ever missed. See? I consider the needs of my subs, even when it's a pathetic blackmail toy waiting to take some kicks. Lolol.
Here for your amusement is John's blackmail contract. Certain details have been edited such as John's last name (which may be revealed if he doesn't behave) and payment rates, etc. I know publishing this is a worry for John, so our fun is already beginning.
BLACKMAIL CONTRACT BETWEEN MISTRESS BRIANNA & John *********
Presented here, a legally binding contractual agreement between Mistress Brianna (Mistress for the sake of this document) and John ********* (toy for the sake of this document in which she is also referred to using feminine terms. toy has no interest in sissy behaviour so this is merely to reinforce her humiliating position).
The contract will be binding from Tuesday Sept 13th, 2022 until Tuesday March 14th, 2023. toy will then be offered a full release unless both parties agree to an extension. In such instances a new release date will be set (typically a longer term than this trial) and financial expectations may be reviewed. toy may be offered favorable payment terms for a new period, or they may be increased.
If toy does not complete her payment schedule the release date will be extended. In these circumstances release will be granted once any debt has been paid off. If both parties are happy, a new contract may begin after that.
toy will be in permanent servitude to Mistress for the term of her contract. On call at all times. She will be available 24/7 to Mistress. But Mistress acknowledges the slight time difference.
Mistress acknowledges that toy is not interested in her favored play of feminisation. However, there is no promise that this will not be incorporated into their fun. It may even be used as punishment and/or leverage. toy understands and accepts she is here to please Mistress and has no other purpose or priority now.
Initial limits and discussions will be respected, but behaviour within those limits is expected and essential. If Mistress feels toy is disappointing her or herself, or not serving to satisfaction, then toy shall receive a warning. If she continues to annoy, frustrate, anger or irk Mistress, warnings shall be issued in the form of contact with the people named as leverage. Exposure online may also be used as leverage to keep her on track.
toy acknowledges that her behaviour may result in her genuine exposure.
toy will purchase any items necessary to please Mistress, either for herself or for Mistress to enjoy. However, Mistress acknowledges that toy may have a budget and some items may not be affordable.
toy will not have a safe-word as she is a blackmail client, but Mistress will show compassion and support if she feels her new girl is struggling. Mistress makes no promises, though, and toy acknowledges she is here to serve and not complain, and that failure to please may result in her exposure to family and friends.
Good behaviour and pleasing Mistress in all aspects of their relationship will ensure toy is not exposed.
In all communications Mistress will be addressed as Mistress Brianna, Miss Brianna, Miss B, Mistress B, or something similar. In all communications toy will be addressed as anything that pleases Mistress, and any names given will be embraced. Loser, slave, cumslut, tiny, ATM, dickwad….and so on.
For the privilege of being at Mistress’ heels, toy will pay a weekly minimum of £**/week, a sum which must remain confidential. Payment will be received no later than 4pm Tuesday (Mistress’ time) from now through the final payment on Tuesday, March 14th, 2023. toy will make her payments via Amazon UK unless otherwise agreed.
If toy asks Mistress to permit a late payment (no later than 4pm Wednesday on Mistress’ time), then a penalty fee shall be included. This penalty fee shall be a gift of toy’s choice from Mistress’ Amazon wish-list.
toy may accrue debt. If toy intends to miss a payment, she must inform Mistress. Debt could build and interest shall be added. At the end of every week (for the purposes of this contract each Monday) a total of 50% of outstanding debt will be added to the debt. For example, if toy has missed one payment of £**, then on Monday £** shall be added, totaling £**. If at the end of the following week that debt is not cleared and £** is still owed, then a further 50% (£**) will be added to the debt, totaling £**. And so on…..If other payments are missed these are also added to the debt.
All debt must be cleared by Tuesday March 14th, 2023. Failure to do so will result in toy being put on a payment plan and release will only be offered when all debt is clear. In this instance, a new weekly interest rate will be set at 65%.
These figures are based on the initial payment being negotiated and agreed. These interest rates have been set based on toy requesting a severe agreement.
It is in toy’s best interest and personal well being to not fall behind on payments. Mistress prefers this not to happen, but will adhere to the figures if it does. toy understands that budgeting and saving may be essential from today.
toy will perform all tasks to Mistress' satisfaction, with enthusiasm and gratitude. She will maintain her home to Mistress' satisfaction, wearing any uniform Mistress decides. Mistress will conduct checks on tasks and home at any time.
toy may request training/fun in a particular area and Mistress shall consider it. But she acknowledges that her desires are secondary to keeping Mistress happy.
toy will willingly inform Mistress of any failings in her servitude if they have not been noticed. Mistress will punish accordingly…..or even begin the warning process that could result in exposure to toy’s loved ones, colleagues, friends and former partners.
Mistress has the right to terminate the contract if she feels toy is failing to please her. toy has the right to request termination of the contract. If release is granted by Mistress due to the contract being terminated, a penalty payment shall be made. This figure will be 80% of any outstanding payments. This figure is due to toy requesting a severe agreement. This buy-out payment, or completion of the blackmail term, guarantee toy’s complete freedom from this contract.
Release from this contract means Mistress will delete any sensitive information and pictures so they may not be used against toy in the future without new terms being agreed.
toy agrees she will be shared on twitter, Mistress’ website and blog, and any other outlets Mistress deems appropriate. But that face pictures will only be used as punishment, or through request.
Mistress agrees she will not subject toy to any tasks that will cause bodily harm outside of limits. She will not subject toy to the use of drugs. She will respect the limits toy has provided her with. But toy acknowledges she has left Mistress with quite an open playing field to explore.
This contract may only be adjusted if both Mistress and toy agree.

Return acknowledgement of contract via email is considered valid evidence of signatory agreement to all terms presented.
It may sound unusual in this world, but I want to thank John for trusting me with his blackmail desires, and the others he is joining at the moment. It's a brave step for a sub to give up personal information that could lead to their genuine exposure to loved ones. It takes a deal of trust and good faith, and in a world that can often be predicated on greed, I have full respect for those who take the leap with me.
My promise to them is that I'll always do my best to respect the limits we set, that I'll be in regular contact so long as they engage and respond, that I'll always honor any financial agreements made (I won't use the information I have to drain), and yes....I will warn and expose if I feel duped, let down or angered.
I've found that isn't for some. That two-way street. And that's fine. Some of those people are genuine, but I'd rather not play without set parameters. Many are fantasists, and if you tell me up front, that's fine. But try to dupe me and you'll quickly realise I have no interest.
