Presented here for you all to enjoy is pet's blackmail contract. We had a fun little trial period and then agreed it was time for her to take her place at my heels.
Pet is a great toy, terrified of her face or voice being shared online. So long as she behaves you won't see videos of her enjoying a cum-cereal breakfast, or hear her begging for mercy, a delightful lilt in her voice.
BLACKMAIL CONTRACT BETWEEN MISTRESS BRIANNA & ****
Presented here, a legally binding contractual agreement between Mistress Brianna (Mistress for the sake of this document) and **** (pet for the sake of this document).
The contract will be binding from Wednesday Sept 21st, 2022 until Wednesday November 30th, 2022. pet will then be offered a full release unless both parties agree to an extension. In such instances a new release date will be set (typically a longer term than this trial) and financial expectations may be reviewed. pet may be offered favorable payment terms for a new period, or they may be increased. An extension will only take place if both agree to the new terms.
If pet does not complete her payment schedule the release date will be extended. In these circumstances release will be granted once any debt has been paid off. If both parties are happy, a new contract may begin after that.
Currently, pet is ahead on her weekly payments. As a reward, if pet reaches her final payment before October 31st, Mistress shall discount that last payment by **%.
pet will be in permanent servitude to Mistress for the term of her contract. Mistress acknowledges pet is in a relationship and that pet’s work-life is quite time consuming. Fair deadlines will be set regarding any tasks.
Initial limits and discussions will be respected, but behaviour within those limits is expected and essential. Mistress particularly acknowledges that pet’s location will not be revealed, she will not be put on display for her neighbor’s, and that her voice will not be revealed. On this note, pet acknowledges that she must take care to disguise her voice if she uses it. Mistress may request two videos: one with pet’s voice intact for leverage, and one with it disguised to be used as a warning.
Mistress agrees to use pet’s incriminating videos rather than her typical contacts procedure. pet will send three videos, all decided by twitter poll. The first will be sent no later than the end of September. The second no later than the end of October. The third will be sent when Mistress decides, respecting pet’s need for a lenient deadline.
If Mistress feels pet is disappointing her or herself, or not serving to satisfaction, then pet shall receive a warning. If she continues to annoy, frustrate, anger or irk Mistress, warnings shall be publicly issued before the leverage videos are posted or pet’s face is revealed.
pet acknowledges that her behaviour may result in her genuine exposure.
pet will purchase any items necessary to please Mistress, either for herself or for Mistress to enjoy. However, Mistress acknowledges that pet may have a budget and some items may not be affordable.
pet will not have a safe-word as she is a blackmail client, but Mistress will show compassion and support if she feels her new girl is struggling. Mistress makes no promises, though, as she is aware that pet is a sniffling weasel. pet acknowledges she is here to serve and not complain, and that failure to please may result in her exposure.
Good behaviour and pleasing Mistress in all aspects of their relationship will ensure pet is not exposed.
In all communications Mistress will be addressed as Mistress Brianna, Miss Brianna, Miss B, Mistress B, or something similar. In all communications toy will be addressed as anything that pleases Mistress, and any names given will be embraced.
For the privilege of being at Mistress’ heels, pet will pay a sum of £**/week. This figure must remain confidential. Payment will be received no later than 4pm Wednesday from now through the final payment on Wednesday, November 30th, 2022. pet will make her payments via Amazon UK unless otherwise agreed.
As noted, pet is already ahead on payments. Early completion of her payment will lead to the reward mentioned earlier.
If pet asks Mistress to permit a late payment (no later than 4pm Thursday on Mistress’ time), then a penalty fee shall be included. This penalty fee shall be a gift of pet’s choice from Mistress’ Amazon wish-list.
pet may accrue debt. If pet intends to miss a payment, she must inform Mistress. Debt could build and interest shall be added. At the end of every week (for the purposes of this contract each Tuesday) a total of **% of outstanding debt will be added to the debt. For example, if pet has missed one payment of £**, then on Tuesday £* shall be added, totaling £**. If at the end of the following week that debt is not cleared and £** is still owed, then a further **% (£*) will be added to the debt, totaling £**. And so on…..If other payments are missed these are also added to the debt.
All debt must be cleared by Wednesday, November 30th, 2022. Failure to do so will result in pet being put on a payment plan and release will only be offered when all debt is clear. In this instance, the weekly interest rate will remain at **%.
The payments are based on the initial fees being negotiated and agreed.
It is in pet’s best interest and personal well being to not fall behind on payments. Mistress prefers this not to happen, but will adhere to the figures if it does. She has no intention of financially ruining pet.
pet will perform all tasks to Mistress' satisfaction, with enthusiasm and gratitude. She will maintain her home to Mistress' satisfaction, wearing any uniform Mistress decides. Mistress will conduct checks on tasks and home at any time.
pet may request training/fun in a particular area and Mistress shall consider it. But she acknowledges that her desires are secondary to keeping Mistress happy.
pet will willingly inform Mistress of any failings in her servitude if they have not been noticed. Mistress will punish accordingly…..or even begin the warning process that could result in exposure.
Mistress has the right to terminate the contract if she feels pet is failing to please her. pet has the right to request termination of the contract. If release is granted by Mistress due to the contract being terminated, a penalty payment shall be made. This figure will be **% of any outstanding payments. This buy-out payment, or completion of the blackmail term, guarantee pet’s complete freedom from this contract.
Release from this contract means Mistress will delete any sensitive information and pictures so they may not be used against pet in the future without new terms being agreed.
pet agrees she will be shared on twitter, Mistress’ website and blog, and any other outlets Mistress deems appropriate. But that face pictures/videos, or use of pet’s voice, will only be used as punishment, or through request.
Mistress agrees she will not subject pet to any tasks that will cause bodily harm outside of limits. She will not subject pet to the use of drugs. She will respect the limits pet has provided her with. pet may speak up if she feels limits are being violated.
This contract may only be adjusted if both Mistress and pet agree.
